1. How long does it take to receive an order?

For orders within Tbilisi, we usually deliver on the same day or the next day after you place your order. For other regions, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

2. Are your products original?

Absolutely! Every product at Skinum is 100% original and imported directly from South Korea.

3. Do you deliver to regions?

Yes, we deliver to regions via GPost. Orders generally arrive within 3 days, though delivery may take up to 5 days in some cases.

4. How can I make a payment?

We offer several payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept cards from both Georgian and international banks.
  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay and Apple Pay
  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfers are welcome via bank or payment machines.
  • Cryptocurrency: Payments can be made through our Keepz payment gateway.

Please note: We currently do not accept cash payments.

5. Can I change or return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes for products with opened or damaged packaging. You may change or cancel your order only before it is delivered and unpacked.

6. Do you have a physical store location?

Skinum is currently an online-only store. Stay tuned for updates about our upcoming physical location!
